Parenting & Sharing Series

Free topic-specific workshops, where experts educate parents on the latest information and strategies for coping with some of autism's biggest challenges, from IEPs to insurance coverage to transitions and more. A Heart-to-Heart with Mom

Free problem-solving sessions for parents of individuals with autism, where parents exchange tips and advice with other parents, gained from their own, day-to-day experiences. These sessions are designed to leave the often-overwhelmed parent with the feeling that there's hope, there's help and they are not alone. Friday Night Fun for Teens

Hosted by College Living Experience (CLE)-Costa Mesa, these relaxed, free social events afford high school students with autism spectrum disorder the opportunity and encouragement to break their pattern of reclusiveness and dare to overcome their social anxieties in a safe, nurturing and fun environment. Independent Living Skills Workshops

Co-sponsored by The Orange County Asperger's Support Group, these recurring workshops teach practical life skills to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, covering basic finance, cooking, fitness--among the life skills most sorely lacking in young people with autism.
